Finch Bakery open new store in The Mall Blackburn

Finch Bakery has brought tantilising treats to The Mall Blackburn!

The Mall Blackburn has become home to a Finch Bakery store in an exciting move by the renowned masters of delicious desserts.

It was the third store for the Finch team, which was established by twin sisters Lauren and Rachel in their family’s kitchen in 2016.

The business has since grown into two retail stores, with The Mall being the third, three units, a 40 strong team, a delivery van and an online service.

Opening in time for Christmas, the new store has created an additional five new jobs and is located in the former Millie’s Cookies unit across from Costa Coffee.
